找到best-matching BLAS/LAPACK 类型。

数组用于确定 BLAS 例程的最佳前缀。

参数 ：：

arrays： ndarrays 序列，可选

可以给出数组来确定 BLAS 例程的最佳前缀。如果没有给出，将使用双精度例程，否则将使用数组中最通用的类型。

dtype： str 或 dtype，可选

数据类型说明符。如果数组非空，则不使用。

返回 ：：

prefix： str

BLAS/LAPACK 前缀字符。

dtype： 类型

推断的 Numpy 数据类型。

prefer_fortran： bool

是否更喜欢 Fortran 顺序例程而不是 C 顺序。
