R panel.histogram 直方图的默认面板函数

说明

这是histogram 的默认面板函数。

用法

panel.histogram(x,
                breaks,
                equal.widths = TRUE,
                type = "density",
                nint = round(log2(length(x)) + 1), 
                alpha, col, border, lty, lwd,
                ...,
                identifier = "histogram")

参数

x	要绘制直方图的数据点
breaks	直方图的断点
equal.widths	breaks==NULL 时使用的逻辑
type	直方图类型，可能的值为 "percent" 、 "density" 和 "count"
nint	直方图的箱数
alpha , col , border , lty , lwd	柱形图的图形参数；默认值从plot.polygon 设置中获取。
...	其他参数，在认为合适时传递给hist
identifier	附加到由此面板函数创建的 grobs 名称之前的字符串。
