seed, alg
)参数

seed一个整数或一维 numpy 数组。 -
algRNG算法。可以是字符串、Algorithm或整数。
返回
- 一维 numpy 数组，其大小取决于算法。
例子：
tf.random.create_rng_state(
1234, "philox")
<tf.Tensor:shape=(3,), dtype=int64, numpy=array([1234, 0, 0])>
tf.random.create_rng_state(
