numpy.round_(arr, decimals = 0, out = None):此数学函数将数组四舍五入为给定的小数位数。
参数:
- 
array    : [数组]输入数组。
decimal : [int,可选]我们要舍入的小数位。 - out : [可选的]输出结果数组
 
默认值=0。如果是-ve十进制,则指定n0。小数点左边的位置。
返回:
An array with all array elements being rounded off, having same type as input.
