用法说明

OGCFeatureLayerView.featureEffect函数(或属性)的定义如下：

featureEffect FeatureEffect autocast

featureEffect 可用于吸引感兴趣的注意力特征。它允许通过 filter 选择特征，并且将 includedEffect 和 excludedEffect 应用于分别通过或未通过过滤器要求的那些特征。

如果在图层上设置了featureEffect，它将被layerView.featureEffect继承，除非开发者在layerView上覆盖它。如果设置了这两个属性，layerView.featureEffect 将优先于 layer.featureEffect。

已知限制

以下场景不支持FeatureEffect：
- 在 3D 中SceneViews
- 在使用HeatmapRenderer 渲染的图层中
- 当 FeatureReductionCluster 启用时
- 当Map是printed
在 layerView 上设置的 FeatureEffect 不能保留在 WebMap 中。
