用法

pub fn truncate(&mut self, truncate: bool) -> &mut Self

设置截断前一个文件的选项。

如果使用此选项设置成功打开文件，它会将文件截断为 0 长度(如果它已经存在)。

必须使用写入权限打开文件才能使截断工作。

let file = OpenOptions::new().write(true).truncate(true).open("foo.txt");
