exclude_end？()是Ruby中的内置方法，如果范围不包括其最终值，则返回布尔值true，否则返回false。

用法:range1.exclude_end?

参数：该函数不接受任何参数


返回值：如果范围不包含其最终值，则返回布尔值true，否则返回false。
