用法
each_codepoint {|integer| block } → streach_codepoint → an_enumerator将 str 中每个字符的 Integer 序号传递给给定块的 Unicode 字符串，也称为 codepoint。对于 UTF-8/UTF-16(BE|LE)/UTF-32(BE|LE) 以外的编码，值直接来自每个字符的二进制表示。
如果没有给出块，则返回一个枚举器。
"hello\u0639".each_codepoint {|c| print c, ' ' }产生：
104 101 108 108 111 1593
