用法
request_head(path, initheader = nil, &block)也别名为：head2
向 path 发送 HEAD 请求并将响应作为 Net::HTTPResponse 对象返回。
返回响应。
此方法从不引发 Net::* 异常。
response = http.request_head('/index.html')
