Python numpy.defchararray.decode()用法及代码示例


numpy.core.defchararray.decode(arr,encoding):此numpy函数根据指定的编解码器解码字符串(对象)。

参数:
arr : array-like or string.
encoding: [str] Name of codec being followed.
error : Specifying how to handle error.

返回: Decoded string
