LayerList.listItemCreatedFunction函数(或属性)的定义如下：

每次创建或修改ListItem 时执行的函数。使用此函数可将操作和面板添加到列表项，并覆盖列表项的默认设置。可以使用 ListItem 的 actionsSections 属性将操作添加到列表项。
