用法说明

FeatureLayer.timeExtent函数(或属性)的定义如下：

图层的时间范围。当图层的 useViewTime 为 false 时，图层指示视图根据此时间范围显示来自图层的数据。如果 useViewTime 为 true ，并且同时设置了图层和视图时间范围，则将显示位于视图和图层时间范围交集内的要素。例如，如果图层的时间范围设置为显示 1970 年至 1975 年之间的要素，并且视图的时间范围设置为 1972-1980 年，则要素图层上的有效时间将为 1972-1975 年。

默认值：null
