InputStreamReader类getEncoding()方法

• getEncoding() 方法可在java.io包。
• getEncoding() 方法用于获取此 InputStreamReader 流的编码名称可用，并且在存在时返回历史编码名称，否则返回规范编码名称。
• getEncoding() 方法是一个非静态方法，它只能通过类对象访问，如果我们尝试使用类名访问方法，那么我们将得到一个错误。
• getEncoding() 方法获取编码时不抛出异常。

用法:

    public String getEncoding();

参数：

• 它不接受任何参数。

返回值：

该方法的返回类型是String, 存在时获取历史字符编码名称，否则返回规范编码名称，或者在此流关闭时返回 null。
