如果不指定 msValue 参数，则使用 getMilliseconds 方法返回的值。如果您指定的参数超出预期范围，setSeconds 会相应地尝试更新 Date 对象中的日期信息。例如，如果您将 100 用于 secondsValue，则存储在 Date 对象中的分钟将增加 1，而 40 将用于秒。
