用法

pub const fn next_power_of_two(self) -> u16

返回大於或等於 self 的 2 的最小冪。

當返回值溢出時(即 uN 類型的 self > (1 << (N-1)) )，它在調試模式下發生Panics，並且在釋放模式下返回值被包裝為 0(方法可以返回 0 的唯一情況)。
