用法
httpdate()返回一個字符串，表示時間為 RFC 2616 定義的 HTTP-date 的 RFC 1123 日期：
day-of-week, DD month-name CCYY hh:mm:ss GMT
請注意，結果始終為 UTC (GMT)。
require 'time'
t = Time.now
t.httpdate # => "Thu, 06 Oct 2011 02:26:12 GMT"您必須要求 ‘time’ 才能使用此方法。
