用法
floor(ndigits = 0) → integer返回小於或等於self 的最大數，精度為ndigits 十進製數字。
當 ndigits 為負數時，返回的值至少有 ndigits.abs 尾隨零：
555.floor(-1) # => 550
555.floor(-2) # => 500
-555.floor(-2) # => -600
555.floor(-3) # => 0當ndigits 為零或正數時返回self。
555.floor # => 555
